The tournament will be the first of two sportin g events the organization will hold In July, the Hoop It Up 3on3 Worlf Championships also will be held in Louisville, whichg will serve as host city for the even t in 2009, 2010 and 2011. The first event will be held at624 W. Muhammad Ali It will feature youth and adult players of all abilities who can participats in one or multiple cities onthe 29-cityg tour. Other cities on the tour include Chicago, Miami, Phoenix and Las The tour and tournaments are managedby , a subsidiary of Louisville-based private-equity firm . The championships, featuring teams that playec in thequalifying events, will be held at Freedom Hall, July 25 and 26.
