The Wilkes Barre offics will be manned by another lateral partnere fromthis year, litigator John who joined from a small firm and has been workintg out of a virtual office. The firm has spacs at 120 S. Franklin St. The firm now has 24 totak offices. Cozen also said earlier this week that it has started a capital marketspractice group.
The grouop will counsel issuers, underwriters, investors and othert market participants. Leading the grouop will be Abby Wenzel, the head of Wolf Block’s New York officde who has taken on the same role for Former Wolf Block real estate partner Helene Jaron will also work in the grouop along withMichael Heller, chairman of Cozemn O’Connor’s business law department. McGuinness said the grouo will include at least five partnerds and is another example of the benefit of addinyg the almost 70 lawyers from dissolving Wolf Block earlierthis year.
